We send out confirmation emails when you make your appointment, we send out reminder emails two days before, and an SMS reminder on the day before the appointment. You must reply to one of these contacts to confirm your appointment.
Appointment Cancellation
If rescheduling or cancelling is necessary, we require that you notify us by 2pm on the day prior to your scheduled appointment. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
How to reschedule/ cancel Your Appointment
If you need to change your appointment, please reply to your confirmation/ reminder email to make changes.
Alternatively, you may call/text us at 0415 302 810 between 9 am to 6 pm from Monday to Saturday.
After-hours change must be notified via email malagachiropractic@gmail.com.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows
Any changes notified later than 2pm the day BEFORE the appointment day will be subject to a fee of $30.
Any missed appointments or last-minute rescheduling within 3 hours of the appointment will be subjected to the full treatment fee. Exceptions may be considered for unavoidable circumstances.
Late cancellation fee payment
Late cancellation fees are payable within 7 days of the missed appointment. We accept payments through various convenient methods, including online bank transfer, phone payment, credit/debit card payments, or cash.
