After-hours appointments can be requested via webchat or email, subject to availability. Any appointments outside regular hours will incur an additional charge of $10.

Cancellation Policy

Malaga Chiropractic Clinic is committed to providing exceptional care. We have a strict cancellation policy in place. 

We value your commitment to your health and appreciate your understanding in respecting our time and the opportunity to assist others in need of care. 

Any changes notified later than 2 pm the day before the appointment day will be subject to a fee of $30. 

Any no-shows or last-minute cancellations will be subjected to the full treatment fee.

Billing policy

At our Malaga Chiropractic Clinic, we have a HICAPs terminal for instant claiming with your health fund card. Please bring your health fund card to your appointment or have the digital card ready on your mobile. 

Medicare referrals, DVA, worker’s compensation are accepted. Our payment policy is strict and requires payment to be made in full on the same day you receive your treatment. 

We accept card or cash payments, e.g. EFTPOS, credit cards/debit cards, including American Express.
